Waiver of Required Training

Section 380.740  Waiver of Required Training a)         In a case of extreme hardship, the Agency may grant a waiver from the renewal training requirements when it is demonstrated and documented that it was impossible for an operator to obtain the required training. Extreme hardship may include, but is not limited to, serious medical conditions or extended active military service. b)         Individuals applying for a training waiver must provide the Agency with a written request within 2 years after the certificate expiration date. The Agency will provide the Board of Certification with a copy of the request, and the Board of Certification may submit a recommendation to the Agency within 45 days.
