Renewal of Sanctioned Certificates
Section 380.750 Renewal of
Sanctioned Certificates
a) The Agency will renew a suspended certificate that expires
during the suspension period at the end of the suspension period pursuant to
Section 380.615.
b) Revoked Certificates of Technical Competency cannot be
renewed.
