Operator In Training

Section 380 Section 380.900  Operator In Training a)         Any person who passes a Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, or Class 4 wastewater operator examination shall be considered an Operator In Training for the class of examination passed. b)         The Agency's notification of a passing score on a wastewater operator examination shall constitute evidence that the person is an Operator In Training. c)         A person may hold a Certificate of Technical Competency for one class of certification and be an Operator In Training for a higher class of certification. d)         An Operator In Training who does not hold a Certificate of Technical Competency for Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 or Class 4 is exempt from renewal training requirements under Subpart G.
