Section 399 Section 399.110  Applicants Not Subject to Fees The following applicants are not subject to the fee schedule established in Section 399.120 below: a)         Any Level III applicant; or b)         Any Level I or II applicant whose submittal does not require a change in a facility planning area boundary.
