Severability

Section 501.104  Severability If any provision of this Part is adjudged invalid, or if the application of this Part to any person or in any circumstance is adjudged invalid, that invalidity will not affect the validity of this Chapter as a whole, or of any Part, Subpart, sentence or clause not adjudged invalid.
