Signatures

Section 502 Section 502.206  Signatures An application submitted by a corporation must be signed by a principal executive officer of at least the level of vice president, or a duly authorized representative if that representative is responsible for operating the facility.  In the case of a partnership or a sole proprietorship, the application must be signed by a general partner or the proprietor, respectively. In the case of a publicly-owned facility, the application must be signed by either a principal executive officer, ranking elected official, or another duly authorized employee.
