Section 130 Section 130.578  Application of Amendments to this Part Governing Contents of Prospectuses a)         The form and contents of any prospectus need conform only to the applicable sections of this Part  in effect at the time the registration becomes effective, notwithstanding subsequent amendments to this Part, except as otherwise provided in any such amendment or in paragraph (b) of this Section. b)         When an order entered under Section 11.F of the Act ceases to be effective as to a registration, the form and contents of any prospectus used thereafter for securities covered by the application shall conform to the applicable sections of this Part in effect at the date the order ceases to be effective.
