Section 611 TITLE 35: ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SUBTITLE F: PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES CHAPTER I: POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD PART 611 PRIMARY DRINKING WATER STANDARDS SECTION 611.361 RECORDKEEPING Section 611.361  Recordkeeping Any supplier subject to this Subpart G must keep original records of all sampling data and analyses, reports, surveys, letters, evaluations, schedules, Agency determinations, and any other information Sections 611.351 through 611.360, 611.362, and 611.363 require.  Each supplier must keep the records this Section requires on its premises for at least 12 years.
