Section 611.121Â Maximum
Contaminant Levels
a)        Maximum Contaminant Levels. No person may cause or allow delivering
to any user water that exceeds the MCL for any contaminant.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The MCL for any particular contaminant applies in lieu of any
narrative finished water quality standard.
