Section 611 Section 611.201  Requiring a Demonstration The Agency must issue a SEP notifying a supplier when the Agency requires the supplier to make demonstrations under this Subpart B.  The Agency must require demonstrations when USEPA requires the type of demonstration, allowing sufficient time for the supplier to collect the necessary information.
