Alternative Analytical Techniques

Section 611.480  Alternative Analytical Techniques The Agency must approve, by a SEP, an alternative analytical technique if it determines that USEPA has approved the method as an alternative method by adding it to 40CFR 141 and the Board has not incorporated the federal approval into this Part 611.  The Agency must not approve an alternative analytical technique without the concurrence of USEPA.  The use of the alternative analytical technique must not decrease the frequency of monitoring required by this Part.
