Applicability

Section 615 Section 615.401  Applicability This Subpart applies to existing landfill units that are located wholly or partially within a setback zone or regulated recharge area and that contain special waste or other waste generated on-site, except that this Subpart does not apply to any existing landfill unit that: a)         Contains solely one or more of the following:  hazardous waste, livestock waste, landscape waste, or construction and demolition debris; or b)         Is exempt from this Part under Section 615.105.
