Closure

Section 615 Section 615.464  Closure The owner or operator must accomplish closure by removing and disposing of all wastes and containment system components (e.g., liners).  If disposed of in the State of Illinois, the waste and containment system components must be disposed of at a disposal site permitted by the Agency under the Act.
