Section 616.725Â Closure
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â At closure, all de-icing agents must be removed from the site,
drainage control equipment and discharge confinement structures.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All de-icing agents that are to be disposed of in the State of
Illinois must be disposed of at a disposal site permitted by the Agency under
the Act.
