Section 620.610Â Publishing
Health Advisories
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Agency must publish the full text of each Health Advisory
upon issuance and make the document available to the public.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Agency must publish and make available to the public, at
intervals of not more than 6 months, a comprehensive and up-to-date summary
list of all Health Advisories.
