Waiver of Conditions

Section 661 Section 661.204  Waiver of Conditions a)         Except as provided otherwise in subsection (b), if the requirement waived is not considered by the Director to be necessary to insure the integrity of the project, upon written request of the grantee, the Director shall waive any or all of the conditions required by this Part, either in whole or in part, with respect to any grant offer, by a statement made in writing to the grantee as a special condition of the grant offer and the waiver made subject to such additional conditions as the Director may deem necessary based upon the waiver. b)         The Director may not waive any conditions set forth in Section 661.407 and Section 661.705.
