Section 670.211 Failure to
Act
The site shall not be subject to
the minimum setback zone requirements of any existing community water supply
well for a period of
one year, if the Agency has failed to act in a timely
manner pursuant to
Section 670.205,
during which time the owner must recertify
to continue such status.
