Section 670.215
Certification Listing
The Agency shall maintain a
master listing, indexed by county, of those sites for which certifications are
in effect. Upon the establishment of a Regional Planning Committee pursuant to
Section 17.2, the Agency shall provide a copy of the pertinent portions of
such listing to such committee on a quarterly basis. The Agency shall also
make copies of such listing available to units of local government and the
public upon request.
