Withdrawal of Approval of the Contract

Section 681.1020  Withdrawal of Approval of the Contract The Agency shall withdraw an approval of a contract if the Agency determines that the contract provisions are not being met or are inadequate to assure proper operation of the community water supply.  The Agency shall provide written notice to the owner of the community water supply of its decision to withdraw approval.
