Overpayment or Underpayment of Program Participation Fee

Section 691 Section 691.305  Overpayment or Underpayment of Program Participation Fee a)         If the amount remitted is more than the amount due under this Part, the community water supply's account shall be credited by the amount of the overpayment. b)         If the amount remitted is less than the amount due under this Part, the community water supply will be billed for the balance due.
