Section 702 Section 702.141  Duty to Comply The permittee must comply with all conditions of its permit.  Any permit noncompliance constitutes a violation of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act and is grounds for one or more of the following actions:  for an enforcement action, for permit revocation or modification, or for denial of a permit renewal application.
