Number of Copies – Signatures

Section 135 Section 135.2145  Number of Copies – Signatures a)         One copy of the completed application for registration, manually signed by the applicant, including exhibits and all other papers and documents filed as a part of the application, shall be filed with the Secretary of State. b)         If any name is signed to the application for registration pursuant to a power of attorney, copies of the power of attorney shall be filed with the application for registration.  In addition, in the case of a corporate applicant, if the name of any officer signing on behalf of the applicant, or attesting to the applicant's seal, is signed pursuant to a power of attorney, copies of a resolution of the applicant's board of directors authorizing the signature shall be filed with the application for registration.
