Expiration of Authorization

Section 704 Section 704.143  Expiration of Authorization The authorization provided in Section 704.141 expires upon the earliest of the following events: a)         Upon the effective date of a permit issued pursuant to any of Sections 704.147, 704.161, 704.162, or 704.163; b)         After plugging or abandonment in accordance with an approved plugging and abandonment plan pursuant to Section 704.150(c) and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 730.110, and upon submission of a plugging and abandonment report pursuant to Section 704.150(k); or c)         Upon conversion in compliance with Section 704.150(j).
