Well Siting

Section 704 Section 704.263  Well Siting Suitability of the well location must not be considered at the time of permit modification unless new information or standards indicate that a threat to human health or the environment exists that was unknown at the time of permit issuance or unless required under the Act.  However, certain modifications may require site location suitability approval pursuant to Section 39.2 of the Act.
