Section 705 Section 705.123  Incomplete Applications If an applicant fails or refuses to correct Agency-noted deficiencies in its permit application, the Agency may either deny or issue the permit on the basis of the information available to the Agency; if warranted, appropriate enforcement actions may be taken.
