Section 140 Section 140.120  Procedures for Withdrawal of Pending Application or Termination of Registration as a Business Broker If a business broker elects to withdraw its pending application prior to registration in this State, or if a registered business broker wishes to terminate its registration in this State, it shall provide written notice to the Securities Department indicating such intent.  Any fees paid shall not be returnable in any event.
