Section 140 Section 140.2100  Business Hours of the Securities Department a)           The principal office of the Securities Department at Jefferson Terrace, Suite 300A, 300 W. Jefferson Street, Springfield IL 62702 is open each day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Savings Time, whichever is currently in effect in Springfield. b)           An office of the Securities Department at 69 West Washington Street, Suite 1220, Chicago, Illinois 60602 is open each day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Savings Time, whichever is currently in effect in Chicago.
