Electronic Manifest Signatures

Section 723.125  Electronic Manifest Signatures a)         e-Manifest signatures must meet the criteria described in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.125. b)         This subsection (b) corresponds with 40 CFR 263.25(b), a provision that USEPA has marked "reserved".  This statement maintains structural consistency with the corresponding federal rule.
