Section 724.177Â Additional
Reports
In addition to submitting the
annual report and unmanifested waste reports described in Sections 724.175 and
724.176, the owner or operator must also report to the Agency:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Releases,
fires, and explosions, as specified in Section 724.156(j);
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Facility
closures specified in Section 724.215; and
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â As otherwise required by Subparts F, K through N, AA, BB, and
CC of this Part.
