Applicability

Section 725 Section 725.170  Applicability The regulations in this Subpart E apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as Section 725.101 provides otherwise.  Sections 725.171, 725.172, and 725.176 do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, nor do they apply to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 726.303(a).
