Section 725 Section 725.506  Special Requirements for Incompatible Wastes a)         An owner or operator must not place incompatible wastes or incompatible wastes and materials (see Appendix E to this Part for examples) in the same treatment process or equipment unless it complies with Section 725.117(b). b)         An owner or operator must not place hazardous waste in unwashed treatment equipment that previously held an incompatible waste or material, unless it complies with Section 725.117(b).
