Applicability

Section 725 Section 725.530  Applicability Except as Section 725.101 provides otherwise, the following apply: a)         The owner or operator of a facility that disposes of hazardous waste by underground injection is excluded from the requirements of Subparts G and H. b)         The requirements of this Subpart R apply to owners and operators of wells that are used to dispose of hazardous waste which are classified as Class I under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 704.106(a) and which are classified as Class IV under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 704.106(d).
