Section 726 Section 726.335  Treatment Allowed by a Storage and Treatment Conditional Exemption The generator may treat its low-level mixed waste at its facility within a tank or container in accordance with the terms of its federal NRC or IEMA license. Treatment that cannot be done in a tank or container without a RCRA permit (such as incineration) is not allowed under this exemption.
