Solids Containing Halogenated Compounds

Section 729 Section 729.242  Solids Containing Halogenated Compounds a)         No person shall cause or allow any hazardous waste which is a solid to be placed in any landfill if the waste forms a non-aqueous liquid phase which is an halogenated solvent when a representative sample of the waste is mixed with water. b)         The prohibition of paragraph (a) shall become effective on July 1, 1986.
