Section 731 Section 731.160  General Owners and operators of petroleum or hazardous substance UST systems must, in response to a confirmed release from the UST system, comply with the requirements of this Subpart except for USTs excluded under Section 731.110(b) and UST systems subject to RCRA corrective action requirements under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724.200, 724.296, 725.296 or 725.Subpart G.
