Section 733.111Â Prohibitions
A small quantity handler of
universal waste is prohibited from the following acts:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Disposing of universal waste; and
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Diluting or treating universal waste, except by responding to
releases as provided in Section 733.117 or by managing specific wastes as
provided in Section 733.113.
