Applicability

Section 733 Section 733.160  Applicability a)         The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in Section 733.109) is subject to all applicable requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 702 through 705, 724 through 726, and 728, and the notification requirement under section 3010 of RCRA (42 USC 6930). b)         The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721.106(c)(2).
