Licensed Professional Engineer or Licensed Professional Geologist Supervision

Section 734.130  Licensed Professional Engineer or Licensed Professional Geologist Supervision All investigations, plans, budgets, and reports conducted or prepared under this Part, excluding Corrective Action Completion Reports submitted pursuant to Section 734.345 of this Part, must be conducted or prepared under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Engineer or Licensed Professional Geologist.  Corrective Action Completion Reports submitted pursuant to Section 734.345 of this Part must be prepared under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Engineer.
