Section 738.105 Waste
Analysis
The generator of hazardous waste
that is disposed of into a Class I injection well must comply with the
applicable requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 728.107(a) and (b). The owner or
operator of a Class I hazardous waste injection well must comply with the
applicable requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 728.107(c).
