Mechanisms for Financial Assurance

Section 807 Section 807.640  Mechanisms for Financial Assurance The operator of a waste disposal site shall utilize any of the following mechanisms to give financial assurance for closure and post-closure care: a)         Trust Fund (Section 807.661); b)         Surety Bond Guaranteeing Payment (Section 807.662); c)         Surety Bond Guaranteeing Performance (Section 807.663); d)         Letter of Credit (Section 807.664); e)         Closure Insurance (Section 807.665); or f)         Self-insurance (Section 807.666).
