Section 739.158Â Off-Site
Shipments of Used Oil
A used oil processor that initiates
a shipment of used oil off-site must ship the used oil using a used oil
transporter that has obtained a USEPA identification number and Illinois
special waste identification number and Illinois special waste identification
number.
