Permit Waiver

Section 740 Section 740.110  Permit Waiver A State permit or permit revision which is not otherwise required by federal law or regulations shall not be required for remedial activities undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this Part that occur entirely on the remediation site .  (Section 58.4 of the Act)
