Section 740
Section 740.130Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Severability
If any Section, subsection,
sentence or clause of this Part is judged invalid, such adjudication shall not
affect the validity of this Part as a whole or any Section, subsection,
sentence or clause thereof not judged invalid.
