Section 741 Section 741.300  General This Subpart sets forth the procedures that may apply when two or more persons seek to allocate among themselves 100 percent of the performance or costs of a response that results from a release or substantial threat of a release of regulated substances or pesticides on, in, under or from a site.   This Subpart also includes procedures for mediation and settlements and the requirements and standards that the Board will use to issue final orders.
