Section 742 Section 742.100  Intent and Purpose a)         This Part sets forth procedures for evaluating the risk to human health posed by environmental conditions and developing remediation objectives that achieve acceptable risk levels. b)         The purpose of these procedures is to provide for the adequate protection of human health and the environment based on the risks to human health posed by environmental conditions while incorporating site related information.
