Remediation Letters
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A No Further Remediation Letter issued by the Agency under 35
Ill. Adm. Code 732 or 740 may be used as an institutional control under this
Part if the requirements of subsection (b) of this Section are met.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A request for approval of a No Further Remediation Letter as
an institutional control shall meet the requirements applicable to the specific
program under which the remediation is performed.
