Site Characterization

Section 742 Section 742.120  Site Characterization Characterization of the extent and concentrations of contamination at a site shall be performed before beginning development of remediation objectives.  The actual steps and methods taken to characterize a site are determined by the requirements applicable to the specific program under which site remediation is being addressed.
