Section 745 Section 745.163  Duration and Transferability a)         Except as otherwise provided in Section 745.124 or Section 745.143, a prior conduct certification made pursuant to this Part remains valid until revoked pursuant to Section 745.162. b)         A prior conduct certification is not transferable.
