Former Authorization

Section 807 Section 807.204  Former Authorization a)         The issuance of any authorization to operate a solid waste management site prior to July 1, 1970 from any person does not excuse compliance with the requirements for obtaining an Operating Permit. b)         The issuance of an Operating Permit by the Agency on July 1, 1970 or thereafter, but prior to the effective date of these regulations, is a valid permit.
