Permit Revision

Section 807 Section 807.209  Permit Revision a)         The agency shall revise any permit issued by it to make the permit compatible with any relevant new regulations adopted by the Board. b)         The permittee may request modification of a permit at any time by filing pursuant to Section 807.205 an application reflecting the modification requested.
